All of these favourful Feasting Jellies/Spreads work deliciously with any combination on a Charcuterie Board!
Feasting jellies & Spreads are delightful as an appetizer with cream cheese, brie (or any kind of cheese for that matter!) and crackers but also great as a marinade or condiment with meat. They are also beautifully combined on a charcuterie board! I've indicated the degree of heat in the jellies by rating them from zero to five peppers. The first 7 jellies have lots of flavour but no heat.
My product is always hand crafted in small batches! The difference is in the flavour! All products, when possible, are produced using fresh ingredients from my garden or from local producers.

Horseradish Feasting Jelly
Made with fresh horseradish but as a jelly/spread, becomes sweet but still the horseradish taste. Great as a glaze on meat or even fish, or spread on a sliced beef sandwich! Also works with cheese and crackers if you are a horseradish fan. Ingredients: Sugar, cider vinegar, horseradish, apple juice & pectin.
Red Pepper & Garlic Feasting Spread
This jelly is flecked with bits of sweet pepper and infused with fresh garlic. Truly a lovely flavour but a great neutral if you have guests who don't like a lot of heat. Not a heavy garlic and one of my best sellers!! Ingredients: Sugar, vinegar, sweet pepper, pectin, garlic.
Raspberry Wine Feasting Jelly
Not too sweet with a hint of raspberries! If you don't want a heavy taste, this is the one for you! Ingredients: Sugar, white wine (sulphites), raspberries & pectin.
Simply Cabernet Sauvignon Feasting Jelly - NEW
Just the beautiful taste of the red wine and delicious with your favourite cheese and crackers. Ingredients: Sugar, cabernet sauvignon & pectin.
Port Wine Feasting Jelly
Superb with cheese (especially a stronger cheese) & crackers, red meats, dark chocolate and berry fruit flavoured desserts. Ingredients: Sugar, port, red wine (sulphites) & pectin.
Roasted Garlic & White Wine Feasting Jelly/Spread
This jelly has a softer texture and is excellent on soft cheese and crackers. Also, it imparts a delicious flavour to meats, poultry or fish when used as a glaze! The garlic is grown locally so even better! Ingredients: Sugar, wine (sulphites), pectin and roasted garlic.
Raspberry Jalapeno Feasting Preserve - 1 peppers
Not a jelly, this preserve has just the right balance between the sweetness of the raspberries and the heat of the jalapeno peppers. Fantastic over warm brie or cream cheese or even try it on toast! Ingredients: Sugar, raspberries, jalapeno peppers, pectin & organic lime juice.
Cabernet Sauvignon & Jalapeno Feasting Wine Jelly/Spread - 2 Peppers
Made with a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon wine, this jelly is outstanding spread on crackers with softened cream cheese or warmed goat cheese. Ingredients: Sugar, cabernet sauvignon wine (sulphites), pectin & jalapeno peppers.
Cranberry & Jalapeno Feasting Jelly/Spread - 3 Peppers
Infused with jalapenos, the tart cranberry juice makes a great foil for the heat of the peppers. Ingredients: Sugar, organic cranberry juice, red wine vinegar (sulphites), pectin, jalapeno peppers.
Black Cherry & Jalapeno Feasting Jelly/Spread - 3 Peppers
Beautiful rich flavours that finish with a tingle on the tongue! Ingredients: Sugar, BC black cherries, pectin, jalapenos & organic lemon juice.
Balsamic Red Pepper Feasting Jelly/Spread - 3 Peppers
A beautiful rich deep burgandy colour. The red wine and balsamic vinegars add a distinct gourmet flavour! Ingredients: Sugar, red wine vinegar (sulphites), pectin, balsamic vinegar, sweet red peppers, jalapeno peppers, garlic.
Habanero Gold Feasting Jelly/Spread - 3 Peppers
This one is not as hot as it sounds! Colourful peppers suspended throughout a pale golden jelly. The apricots provide a nice balance with the peppers. Ingredients: Sugar, vinegar, dried apricots (sulphites), pectin, red onion, sweet peppers, jalapeno peppers.
Hot & Sassy Chili Pepper Feasting Jelly/Spread - 4 Peppers
Beautiful red jelly with bits of Chili peppers floating throughout! It is not quite as hot as the Hot Chili and Jalapeno and has a lovely flavour. Ingredients: Sugar, cider vinegar, chili peppers, pectin & garlic.
Hot Chili & Jalapeno Pepper Feasting Jelly/Spread - 5 Peppers
Flecked with crushed red pepper flakes, this jelly has a lovely deep red colour. Add the jalapeno peppers and now you have some real heat! Ingredients: Sugar, vinegar, red peppers, pectin, jalapeno peppers, cranberries, crushed red pepper flakes.

Tingles with the taste of fresh blueberries! Ingredients: Sugar, fresh blueberries, pectin, organic lemon juice & cinnamon.
Blueberry Lime Jam
Has a refreshing hint of lime because of the added lime zest and lime juice! Ingredients: sugar, blueberries, pectin & fresh lime.
Black Cherry Jelly
This beautiful coloured jelly boasts the rich flavours of pure black BC cherries. Ingredients: Sugar, black cherries, pectin and organic lemon juice.
3 Berry Jam
If you like berries, you'll love this one! Ingredients: sugar, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, & pectin. I also have a lighter version of this jam with 35% less sugar.
3 Berry Light Jam
This jam has the same ingredients as the regular 3 Berry but because of the type of pectin used, it has 35% less sugar. No artificial sugars are added.
Strawberry, Rhubarb, Blueberry Jam
A flavourful blend of all 3 fruits and my granddaughter's favourite jam! The rhubarb comes from my garden. It is an offshoot from my aunt's garden who is celebrating her 100th birthday this April of 2020! Ingredients: Sugar, strawberries, rhubarb from my garden, blueberries, pectin & cinnamon.
A traditional favourite. Always a winner on toast for breakfast! Ingredients: Sugar, strawberries, pectin & cinnamon.
For all those raspberry lovers! Nothing better than home made without all the fillers. Ingredients: Sugar, raspberries, pectin and organic lemon juice for those who are concerned about sulphites.
I've had a number of requests for Raspberry Jelly from customers who cannot digest seeds or just prefer no seeds. Well, I have succumbed to your requests and here is a seedless raspberry jelly! It tastes divine! Ingredients: sugar, raspberries & pectin.

Banana Pineapple Jam
Made with "real ingredients", no artificial flavours here! Ingredients: Sugar, banana, pineapple & pectin.
Raspberry Peach Jam
A delicious combination of Raspberry & Peach but the dominant flavour is the raspberries. Ingredients: Sugar, raspberries, peaches, pectin & organic lemon juice.
Nothing like the flavour of fresh peaches! Ingredients: Sugar, peaches, pectin & organic lemon juice.
Crab Apple Jelly
A seasonal delight made even tastier with a dash of cinnamon. Ingredients: Sugar, crab apples, pectin & cinnamon.

3 Fruit Marmalade
You have been asking for it and I finally relented! Made the old fashioned way with oranges, lemons and grapefruit, the flavours burst in your mouth! Ingredients: Sugar, fruit and rind (grapefruit, lemons & oranges), water, pectin & baking soda.

No Sugar 4 Berry
Just the natural sweetness of the fruit itself! Again, a bit more time consuming to make. Ingredients: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries & apple. Be sure to refrigerate this spread after opening and consume within 30 days of opening. Without the added sugar and pectin which act as a preservative, the shelf life once opened is much shorter than typical jams or jellies.
Green Tomato Relish or CHOW
Just like Mom used to make! If you are from the East Coast, you may call it Chow. Sweet but with a hint of heat! Delicious on hamburgers, smokies and just about everything! Ingredients: Green tomatoes, sugar, cider vinegar, onion, red pepper, jalapeno pepper, salt, mustard seed, turmeric, celery seed.
Mild, Medium or Hot Salsa
Made from local produce when available and so much better than store bought salsa. Ingredients: Tomatoes, onions, cider vinegar, tomato paste, green pepper, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt & citric acid.
